Are you part of an already established eco-friendly community? Is that community looking for an additional member who strives to live simply, tread more lightly on the land, be a part of the solution, collaborate and co-create? I don't want to be a 'lone wolf' out here, so I'm casting a wide net looking for 'my people.' I've got skills to bring to the table (small animal and equine husbandry, herbal medicine, beekeeping, gardening, wild foraging, etc..). I've got some potential to invest, and to bring my own tiny house onto the/your already established property. Please contact me to discuss our visions, hopes and dreams.

Newleaf Organic Farm is a 90 acre certified organic farm in Monkton, VT. We are in our 20th year growing 5 acres worth of vegetables and flowers for our community. Currently we sell our products through our on-site Farmstand, our free choice CSA , several wholesale accounts and our floral design work for weddings and events. We work hard to create a positive place to work that values treating our crew well and producing high quality food and flowers. We are looking for someone to step into the vegetable management role and run with it. This would allow us to focus more energy into flowers and have more work/life balance. Ideally this person will have the skills and experience to run all aspects of a small, but diverse organic operation; including crew management. We are comfortable with our current business strategy, we are just looking for someone to take the reins of the vegetable operation. For the right person this can grow into an ownership or partnership position. On site housing is possible. Good communication skills a must. Happy to discuss what this could look like with serious candidates.
