Details

Together with Red Wagon founder Julie Rubaud, participants will make Herbes Salées, a traditional Quebecois way to preserve herbs, herb butters and herb salts. We will include information on drying and freezing herbs as well. Students will leave with lots of new recipes and preparations for their kitchen. Registration required.
