Yurt & Land For Rent

Hello! We put up our lovely yurt last May and are looking for a long term renter ideally intending on farming as well. Potential for longer term past the first year. Yurt has electricity but no running water. A well hand pump sits by the dwelling. Lovely scenery and farmable land around the yurt as well along the driveway. Property is around 65 acres mostly wooded, not in flood zone, cleared area is near the road and it about 1-2 acres. Looking forward to providing details if there is interest.
