Seeking land for micro flower farm

Hi all,

I have a little flower farm in Montpelier called Old Time Flowers.  I’m looking for a small piece of land to buy to relocate my micro flower farm and build my homestead in Vermont!  Also open to a long-term lease options.  

Ideally looking for 1-5 acres of farmable land, quiet location near a town with good community vibe and marketing opportunities, semi-affordable, not super remote.  Interested in collective farming with other folks too.
