Hi folks,
I’m looking for a place to build a small, simple cabin and have big flower gardens!
Ideally looking to buy a little piece of land (less than 1 acre) from a local farmer or arrange a stable long-term lease. Somewhere quiet with water access and safe from flooding. Would like to live close(ish) to a town for fun activities and marketing opportunities.
