Help us make more veggie magic happen at Sandy Bottom Farm! We are looking for someone to provide a vital additional set of hands at the farm on a part-time basis. We are a certified organic fruit, vegetable and herb farm located in Isle La Motte, VT (www.sandybottomfarmvt.com)
About the position:
15 to 20 hours a week from April 15-September 20. $18-$21 per hour, depending on experience.
Happy to train the right person!
Applications accepted on a rolling basis until the position is filled; we will begin interviewing candidates starting the week of April 15th.

~ You’ll get on-the-job training, develop new skills and learn a lot–but this is a job, not an apprenticeship–we’re focusing on getting things done efficiently.
~ We work hard! In order for farmwork to be effective, we need to keep working and work quickly. We love good stories, and if you’re someone who can talk and work at the same time, you’d be great for this job!
~ Your days will be full of physical work, including lifting, stooping, walking, hauling and picking. It’s fun, and also you’re going to be pretty pooped at the end of the day
~ We’ll be out in the field unless the weather is dangerous.
~ Possiblity of more hours during the busy season for the right person, and additional possible opportunities for more hours when the farmers go on vacation.
