Micro flower farmer seeking small piece of land to buy in central Vermont!  

Looking for property to re-locate my flower farm and build a homestead.  A small plot (1-5 acres is plenty) with flat, farmable land in a quiet area would be great.  Looking for reliable water access and be located fairly close to town, not on a busy road. Open to direct sale or lease to own.
