There are wild grapes and apple trees around the border of the property. A mostly constructed greenhouse of windows was left. Previous tenants have had chickens; other small amounts of farm animals could be negotiated.
No one used the garden this season and minimally last year so it will take some restoration to bring it back for anyone willing to work at it.
The available apartment has a living room space, kitchen and bath downstairs, bedroom upstairs. This apartment has a stone basement which is good for crop storage. Water is from a well.
