VTFMA Featured Market: Winooski Farmers' Market

NOFA-VT and the Vermont Farmers Market Association (VTFMA) work closely to support  farmers' market across the state. This summer season, the VTFMA will feature ten farmers' markets statewide. The third in this series is the Winooski Farmers' Market.

Running from June 9^th to October 20^th, the Winooski Farmers' Market takes place every Sunday from 10am to 2pm rain or shine. Set directly in front of the Champlain Mill along the banks of the Winooski River, the market is located in the heart of the downtown and offers Vermont’s finest local produce, farm goods, artisan crafts, local prepared foods, musical entertainment and an interactive and educational children’s program. Having grown two-fold since 2012, the Winooski Farmers' Market is a place of community growth and involvement, drawing together a diverse group of people to the market each week.
