In 2018 and 2019 NOFA-VT worked with organic farms in Vermont to track and analyze their greenhouse cucumber costs of production. This research has culminated in five factsheets—4 on greenhouse tomatoes, and 1 on greenhouse cucumbers—that aggregate and present the results of this work.
A cost of production workbook was also developed as part of this project and is included in the resources below.
