West Farm is hiring for full time field crew positions for the 2025 season. 

We are a diversified vegetable and fruit farm located in Jeffersonville, VT. We produce 14 acres of crops, primarily vegetables for wholesale and storage, but also have perennial fruits, a perennial fruit nursery, and a farm stand. 

Primary work responsibilities will be working in the wholesale vegetable portion of the farm: seeding, planting, weeding, and harvesting. Opportunities exist for more experienced applicants to take on more responsibilities and management on the farm. Affordable housing is available.
