Seeking Space for Market Garden - Brattleboro

I am looking to rent a small plot of land with access to water and electricity to start a market garden. I need between 4000 sq. ft to 1/8 of an acre and southern exposure. Would be awesome to have existing greenhouse space and doubly awesome if it's within 10 minutes of downtown Brattleboro.

My budget is between $100 to $150 a month + utilities. I have two years of full-time farming experience on intensive, no-till vegetable farms and additional years of farmers market/gardening/Wwoofing experience. My specialty will be growing vegetable, herb & flower starts for spring, summer, and fall home gardens. I will also plant an experimental garden beside a hoop house for testing plant varieties and saving seed.
