I was a lightweight homesteader and floral gardener when I had my home... tragically, my beloved home was taken from me.
I now require a single-dwelling house, 1,000 or more sq ft in finished size with additional storage space and the dwelling must be rurally & forest located. I am offering up to $1,000 a month in rent AND up to 20 hours a month of work as partial trade if rent is reduced.
I can provide excellent references as to my rental history and good work ethic... however, the main purpose of this classified is for housing/a new residence to be provided to me and my 2 very well-behaved pet kitties (who make excellent farm cats). My offer of assistance with gardening, farm work, etc. is secondary and is offered only in a work-trade context for "free" housing or a private residence provided to me at reduced rent.
