Eco conscious community located in Johnson Vt. is seeking a new resident/experienced gardener from April-October 2023 to manage organic gardens, flower beds and compost piles. In exchange you will receive private cabin with access to community kitchen with shower, laundry and WIFI. We gather weekly for potlucks, sauna and yoga/meditation classes. On the property is a large earthship greenhouse where food is grown all year long. There is also a root cellar and arts/crafts studio. We are a group of 8 adults and 2 children located on a mountain on large parcel of land with great hiking/skiing trails, ponds for swimming. Hourly wage available during busy times if you work over your 15 hour weekly work exchange to discourage commuting. Permanent residency is a possibility after 6 month trial period.
