ASAP! Help with High Tunnel Construction

Hi there. I received a grant from the NRCS for a small tunnel. It’s arriving tomorrow. I have someone who can help construct the end walls/sidewalls. However, I need someone who could excavate the area (tunnel is 21x32, so would need about 27x38 excavated). I would also appreciate any help in erecting the tunnel itself as I do not have experience in this. I’ve had a really hard time finding people who can help on this, and need it up before the snow flies, ideally long before that. Please reach out if you have any leads or are interested.
