Catamount Educational Farm

About the Farm

UVM's Catamount Farm operates within the Horticulture Research and Education Center in South Burlington. The farm is a production, research, and educational farm. We offer Vegetable CSA Shares as well as Apple CSA Shares. The vegetable CSA features a wide variety of veggies and fruits (strawberries, cantaloupe and watermelon) and runs for 18 weeks, from mid-June through mid-October. The apple CSA offers numerous varieties of apples (McIntosh, Honey Crisp, Cortland, Ambrosia, Crimson Topaz, and Gingergold to name a few) and runs for 8 weeks, from early September through late October. Pick-up site options include the farm as well as various locations on campus.
Tuesdays and Thursdays, on farm (1-6 pm) and various UVM campus pick-up sites (2-5 pm)
