NOFA-VT supports farmers as the foundation of our working lands, local economies and agricultural heritage. By growing organic agriculture, we foster the ecologically based management of our food production, while expanding markets for Vermont farms and food businesses.
NOFA Vermont offers services and programs that help farmers grow better crops, keep healthier animals, and improve their business practices. Certified organic, transitioning to organic, and non-certified farmers using sustainable practices can all use this program.
We have resources for beginning farmers, vegetable and fruit growers and dairy and livestock producers, producers, including one-on-one mentorship and business planning.
