I imagine there may be a nursery owner nearing retirement and wishing to transition their nursery business to a partner or new owner gradually, hand it off entirely, or remain involved and continue to reside on the land. I am open to purchasing, leasing, or creative arrangements that meet the needs of both parties. I have been operating a plant nursery business from my home for 5+ years and would like to expand, but the land on which I am currently growing isn't quite right for expansion. My family is open to relocating, or staying where we are and the nursery being within a reasonable commute of our home near Lake Elmore. Community is important to us, and something we have been seeking, and if that came along as part of the package, it would be welcomed!
