Hiring Farm Kitchen Assistants

Cedar Circle Farm & Education Center in East Thetford is hiring Kitchen Assistants to join our team, full-time or part-time, May through December. The growing season on the farm provides a fantastic assortment of organic fruits and vegetables to work with daily.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintaining a clean, neat and organized work station
• Following recipes to create prepared foods for our café and farmstand
• Preparing and packaging cold salads and lunch offerings for farmstand
• Processing fruits and vegetables for preserving
• Collaborating on weekly and monthly menu for the dinner share and farmstand
• Following all established safety and health inspection protocols
