Flower farmer looking for housing July 1

Hi folks,

I'm a flower farmer in Montpelier and looking for housing starting July 1.  A small, cozy studio, 1 bedroom or mother-in-law type apartment would be great.  Something private and affordable, located in Montpelier or close to town (10-15 min drive).  

Looking for a month to month or 6-month lease.  Move in July 1st.  

I'm a clean, quiet tenant, no smoking or pets.
