NOFA-VT is partnering with the Winooski and St. Johnsbury Farmers Markets and the local summer meals sites in July to offer free weekend meals at the farmers markets. For four weekends, kids and teens age 18 & under can eat free at the markets with no application or registration necessary! The Winooski Farmers Market meals are available Sundays July 10, 17, 24 and 31 from 10am-2pm. The St. Johnsbury Farmer Market meals are available Saturdays July 9, 16, 23, and 30.
Both markets also accept debit and EBT cards – and all 3SquaresVT purchases are matched dollar for dollar up to $10 with Crop Cash, which can be spent at the market on fresh fruits, vegetables and herbs!
