In 2018, NOFA-VT collected cost of production data from 34 organic dairy producers (using 2017 financials). Below you will find the results of this work in four summary sheets organized by farm, by cow, by cwt, and by grass fed producers. This is the 15th year this study has been conducted and results from previous years can be found on NODPA's website.
