In 2018 and 2019 NOFA-VT worked with organic farms in Vermont to track and analyze their greenhouse cucumber costs of production. This research has culminated in five facthseets - 4 on greenhouse tomatoes, and 1 on greenhouse cucumbers - that aggregate and present the results of this work.
