Organic Wheat Production and Processing In Quebec

Join Loïc Dewavrin of Les Moulin des Cedres for a tour of his certified organic 1,500 acre farm in Quebec, CA. Les Moulin des Cedres is a certified organic farm that grows grain, soy and oil seed for market and Red Hen Bakery in Vermont. Join Loïc for a tour and presentation on the methods and equipment required to produce a good quality wheat crop and explanation on how to transform the crop into nice, unique flour.
This workshop is in partnership with King Arthur Flour, the Northeast Grain Growers Association, Red Hen Bakery, and the UVM Extension Northwest Crops & Soils Program.
