Enjoy a delicious buffet featuring food from Vermont organic producers. Vegetarian, gluten-free and dairy-free options available. Lunches do sell out! We strongly recommend purchasing a lunch when you pre-register. Please note any food restrictions or allergies on your registration form. You are also welcome to bring a bagged lunch and join us in the dining room.
Saturday's Menu: Vermont meatloaf with demi-glace, BBQ marinated tofu, Roasted root vegetables, Smashed potatoes, Cider vinegar slaw, and Sweet potato soup, Bread and Butter. Apple crisp with whipped cream for dessert!
Sunday's Menu: Vermont pulled pork, Black beans, Yellow rice, Greens, Flour Tortillas and Corn Chips. Served with the following toppings: Pickled vegetables, Shredded red cabbage, Cheddar cheese, Cilantro sour cream. Maple cake with whipped cream for dessert!

Stop by NOFA Vermont’s mobile, wood-fired oven outside the Davis Center’s first floor exit during lunch and get some tasty roasted roots!

Our Hospitality Table, in Area 2 of the Exhibitors’ Fair, is stocked with snacks from local food producers, as well as kombucha from Aqua ViTea by donation. Coffee from Vermont Coffee Company and tea are available by donation in Area 1.
