Raising Quality Pigs in Vermont

North Hollow Farm is diversified family farm using around a 1000 acres of hay land and pasture to raise beef, pork, goat, and chicken. Mike and Julie Bowen, farmer/owners, will lead a tour of their farm and discuss their different systems they use to be successful. Housing, feeding, fencing, farrowing set-up, sow culling, quality meat finishing, marketing, and other topics will be discussed. Stay after the workshop to taste some of Mike and Julie’s finished product!
