Cole Ward from Green Top Market in Morrisville will demonstrate cutting up two pigs from start to finish. As he walks us through the process, he will discuss the various options for cuts and how to best cook them. He will also demonstrate how to make various fresh sausages (not cured). This will not be a hands-on workshop, but will be structured as a demonstration. It is expected to last 3 - 5 hours depending on the number of questions. Space is limited.
