John and Rocio Clark pasture over 800 broilers, 300 heritage breed and broad breasted turkeys, 300 layer hens, 200 ducks, and 100 guinea hens on their certified organic farm. In this workshop, participants will be able to tour the farm, visiting pastured poultry and soon-to-be pastured birds in their brooders. John will cover all the basics of raising a flock on pasture, including how to incorporate your birds into your non-feathered livestock. Co-hosted with the Vermont Grass Farmers Association (VGFA).
