On-Farm Poultry Slaughter

Join Greg Cox, owner of Boardman Hill Farm, for an overview of his poultry operation, a discussion of Vermont poultry regulations, and a step-by-step slaughtering demonstration. Boardman Hill Farm is a 10-acre, certified organic farm growing bedding plants, vegetable starts and hanging baskets in spring, fruits and vegetables in the summer, and pork, chickens and turkey throughout the year. Co-organized with RAFFL.
